I cannot believe this is happening again! Oh no, what am I going to do!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-c8gbs\">What usually follows these thoughts are negative emotions like anxiety and anger, frustration, and fear. While this reaction is understandable, it tends to make the flare-up more stressful, adding to your pain both physically and emotionally in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-1ijt6\">To avoid this, plan for flare ups &#8211; both physical and emotional. Be prepared for what you are going to do to help yourself.
